10 THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR

NO PARENTING DAY

So it’s not a National Holiday unfortunately. I think every job should have it but I make it my own. I have got to have some me time at least 2 times a month.   Here are my top 10:    1. A $5 Movie at AMC on the week days before 12pm!    2. Take a personal Day off from work, while the kids are in school.    3. Plan a dinner date w/some girlfriends you can let you hair down with!    4. Pamper yourself with a mani, pedi, hair done or eyebrows.    5. If you like meeting new people go to an empowering event. Eventbrite is a great place to find them in your area.    6. Get out of your house and get a nice hotel and spend the night ordering your favorite food & watching your favorite show or movie.    7. Plan 2-3day trip out of state with a friend(s) no kids allowed!    8. Do something you have never done before Ziplining, Kayaking, hiking, etc.    9. Exercise by taking a walk (with a friend for safety) on a new trail or somewhere you can sight see. It helps to reduce stress.    10. Sleep In. Listen to me, I appreciate the days where I don’t have to get woken up by my child. It’s a lovely feeling!   Comment below on what you will do this year for your  NO PARENTING DAY!
